Cook 'em up with some apples.

2. Button Mushrooms- by these and stuff them with spinach and cheese or make a mushroom sauce out of them!

3. Acai Berry- buy some juice and drink up!

4. Oysters- yes, they can be slimey and unappealing, but suck it up and slurp one down!

5. Watermelon- great on a goat cheese and watermelon salad over mixed greens, with a vingariette. Yum!

6. Cabbage- make creamed cabbage, it tastes great!

7. Almonds- toast some almonds and spread on salads and fruits!

8. Grapefruit- cut in half, cut around the edges, and a sprinkle of sugar on top for a quick and healthful breakfast!

9. Wheat Germ- mix up with some ground beef, turkey, chicken, or pork and make quick meatballs or burgers!

10. Low-Fat Yogurt- buy a large container of plain yogurt and use in place of sour cream on potatoes and tacos!

11. Garlic- smash up some garlic, with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning... rub over chicken and bake.

12. Spinach- top salads, or make creamed spinach. Quarter a couple of garlic cloves and simmer with a couple tablespoon chicken broth for a well-seasoned spinach side-dish.

13. Tea- try replacing sugary drinks with unsweentened or lightly sweentened tea. It's good for you and it's not as plain as pure water. But, who said water tastes bad, anyway!?!

14. Sweet Potato- instead of frying up some french fried white potatoes, cut up some steak fries from sweet potatoes and bake at high temperature until they are crispy. Sprinkle with seasoned salt... the sweet and salty is a perfect balance!

15. Broccoli- blanch some broccoli in hot water, and immediately soak in ice cold water... sprinkle with oil olive, lemon zest, and parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and sever hot. Add some toasted almonds for extra flavor.

Happy Eating...
